1. Organizers
The competition is organized by Metropolis Mall in collaboration with Public.

2. Eligibility
• The competition is open only to permanent residents of Cyprus, aged 18 and above.
• Employees of Metropolis Mall and Public are excluded from participation.

3. Duration of the competition
• The competition begins on the date of the related Instagram post and ends on October 5, 2025, at 23:59.
• Entries submitted after this date and time will be considered invalid.

4. How to participate
To take part, participants must:
1️⃣ Follow the accounts @metropolis_mall, @public_cyprus and @platonmouratides.
2️⃣ Like the giveaway post.
3️⃣ Tag a friend in the comments (each different tag = 1 entry).

5. Prize
• The winner will receive a €500 voucher for purchases at Public stores.
• The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product/service.

6. Winner selection
• The winner will be selected by a random draw among all valid entries.
• The announcement will be made on October 6, 2025, via Instagram story on the @platonmouratides account.
• The winner will be notified via direct message (DM). If they do not respond within 3 working days, a new winner will be selected.

7. Other terms
• The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• By participating, users fully accept these terms.
• The organizer is not responsible for any technical issues that may affect participation.

8. Data protection
• The data collected will be used exclusively for communication with the winner.
• It will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after the competition ends.
