You are hereby informed that based on the Council of Ministers’ recent decisions, the operation of the food and beverage units/areas within the Metropolis  Mall, is governed by the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, the compliance of the distancing measures set out by the health protocols and under the following conditions

• persons holding a certificate of a completed vaccination scheme against Covid-19 or a certificate of recovery from Covid-19, or
• persons aged between 6 and 11 holding a negative Covid-19 laboratory (PCR) or antigen rapid test performed within 7 days, or
• persons who may not be vaccinated due to a medical problem but hold a medical certificate issued by the Ministry of Health and a negative Covid-19 laboratory test (PCR) or an antigen rapid test performed within 7 days, or
• persons who have completed their vaccination and a period of 7 months has elapsed without receiving a booster dose of the vaccine, the vaccination certificate, and a negative laboratory test (PCR) performed within 72 hours, or antigen rapid test performed within 48 hours, or
• persons who have received the first dose of the vaccine against Covid-19 in the case of a two-dose vaccine and the vaccination date not exceeding 35 days, or have received the single dose vaccine and the vaccination date not exceeding 14 days, the vaccination certificate and a negative laboratory test (PCR) performed within 72 hours, or antigen rapid test performed within 48 hours, in case of persons aged 18 and above, and within 72 hours; in case of persons aged 18 years and below, or
• persons aged between 12 and 17 holding a negative Covid-19 laboratory (PCR) or antigen rapid test performed within 72 hours and provided that they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who meets the requirements of subparagraphs (i) or (iii) or (iv) above.

Persons below the age of 6, are not required to hold a negative Covid-19 laboratory test (PCR) or an antigen rapid test.

It is noted that the Take Away service is exempted from the above conditions, provided that there is no consumption within the Metropolis Mall and that the dine-in areas are not used.
