Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promotion is organised by Metropolis Mall.

2. Promotion Period

The giveaway commences on 24 August 2026.

3. How to Participate

• Spend €30 or more in a single transaction at any participating store within Metropolis Mall.
• Receive 1 entry voucher for every €30 spent.
• A maximum of 10 entry vouchers may be issued per receipt.
• Present your receipt at the Metropolis Mall Info Desk to collect your entry voucher(s).
• Complete the voucher with the required information and place it in the designated giveaway box.

4. Weekly Draws & Prizes

• The first draw will take place on 31 August 2026.
• Thereafter, two (2) winners will be selected every week for the duration of the campaign.
• Each winner will receive €1,000 to spend at participating stores within Metropolis Mall.
• The total prize value throughout the campaign is €10,000.

5. Eligibility

• The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of Metropolis Mall, participating retailers and their immediate family members may not be eligible to participate.

6. Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The shopping prize must be redeemed in accordance with the instructions provided by Metropolis Mall.

7. Winner Notification

• Winners will be selected through a random draw.
• Winners will be contacted using the details provided on their entry voucher.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period or does not meet the eligibility requirements, Metropolis Mall reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Personal Data

The information provided by participants will be used solely for the administration of this competition and for contacting the winners. It will not be used for any other purpose.

9. General

• By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Metropolis Mall reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel, suspend or modify the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• The decision of Metropolis Mall regarding all matters relating to the promotion is final.
